Lee Sails Northeast is
a New York based Sail Maker that offers custom made sails
for everything
from yachts to wind surfers. Each sail is a custom made
work of art and must be tailored to the customers specifications.
Needless to say, with such a huge customer base, Lee
Sails Northeast needed a way to communicate with their
customers and with each other efficiently. WiseTracker
was chosen to track new sales from first contact to order
completion and, if needed, to customer service. |
