Demo Overview
We have a fully working demonstration
which you can test.
Unlike software that must be installed, Wisetracker
is "web based" which means you are always testing
and using the most current version.
The current version is: WiseTracker
1.0b (beta)
Wisetracker is divided into 3 main
sections:
Administration - This is where
tickets are assigned to staff members.
Ticket Dispatch - This is where
tickets are handled. (Troubleshooter mode)
Client Area
- This is where tickets are posted.
Your minimal requirements are a browser and a connection to
the Internet!

Administrative
Area
Because the demonstration area is so popular we have set up
numerous demonstration accounts.
Please email us for an account and we will send you the informaiton
immediately. Note your demo account is good for 3 days. If
you need a more detailed demonstration we can create a private
demo account for you.
Ticket Dispatch
Area (Trouble Shooter) Overview
The ticket has been posted and assigned by the administrator.
Note: we have enabled Auto-Assign for
demonstration purposes. It must now be resolved.
Try out this feature by resolving
some of the outstanding tickets left by other users.
